Hi all,

I am available for telecommuting work or local work in the Washington DC
area.

I have been working as Postgresql DBA for about 4 years now, but have
over 15 years experience as a DBA for the major commercial vendors
(Oracle, DB2, Sybase ASE, MS SQL Server) and the other open source guy,
you know, the most popular one (MySQL), not the most advanced one
(Postgresql).

Years of database development as well, writing admin tools using my
scripting of choice (python).  Actually wrote a program, called
pg_alert.py, which analyzes the current Postgresql log file and sends
MAILX or SMTP email notifications as dictated by the program's
configuration file.
