Hello,

Still having read only table opens via Access97, while okay in Excel.
Have configured the driver as read-write, even during initial
installation, but no good (on multiple machines). Where to:-?

MSAccess97 is a bit dumb. Have you tried removing the tables from your
MSAccess .mdb and relinking them again after the modification you made to
the driver ? I happened to notice that sometime MSAccess97 keeps using
old parameters with linked tables.
