Gather node in OPTIMIZER_DEBUG output

It looks like commit 3bd909b22 did not place GatherPath within
print_path(), preventing complete information for Gather paths from
appearing when OPTIMIZER_DEBUG is in use.

Attached patch fixes the issue.
