There is this vacuumdb issue with password handling that would be good to get fixed: http://www.postgresql.org/message-id/20151027193919.931.54948@wrigleys.postgresql.org I am wrapping a patch for 9.5 and master, perhaps Alvaro (or somebody else) could have a look at what I will send over the next couple of days.
