I propose a enhancing of EXPLAIN statement about possibility get a plan of other PostgreSQL process. Could you please explain this in bit more detail w.r.t how this will work?
for 9.5 I plan to implement a plain EXPLAIN only. Any other improvements can be append incrementally.
