Warning during PostgreSQL 9.0.4 libpq.dll build on WinXP+MinGW

Hello, Pgsql-hackers.

Today I built libpq.dll library on Windows XP using MinGW and got one
warning message:

It's harmless. I just committed a patch to silence it, thanks for the 
report.
