Обсуждение: tsearch upgrade documentation needed

Hi there,

I've got rather displeased message from one of tsearch user about
very poor documentation, especially concerning upgrading of tsearch.
Probably, he has missed notice from Roberts John Shepherd,
available from
http://www.sai.msu.su/~megera/postgres/gist/tsearch/tsearch-intro.html
But I shoud agree, we need to describe upgrade instruction. It'd
help people to avoid confusion. Could someone to share his experience ?
Please, notice. This is not tsearch related problem, but common
problem of postgres.
