I've renamed the README for QNX4 to be consistant with the other
platform-specific FAQs. Let me know if that's a problem or if I've
done the wrong thing for this case...

I named it README.qnx4 because it is a more README like document than FAQ.
There are no questions and answers in it. BTW there is README.NT too.

But nevertheless feel free to name it as you like.
