I'm a new user of PostgreSQL 6.3.2. I plan to build Distributed Databases
with PostgreSQL and JDBC, but i don't now where to start? Could anyone
help me?!

First, take a look at the examples (src/interfaces/jdbc/example) then 
check my doc's http://www.retep.org.uk/postgres/ then the JDBC
documentation on the javasoft site.

That would be a start.
