very slow vacuum full analyze

Hi,

My pg 7.3.1 on linux rh 7.3 is executing very slow vacuum full analyze.
It takes about 30 min for a db witk 130 MB size before importing it.

Is it normal for pg to execute so slow the vacuum full analyze?
