Installing ~-tcl-7.0.3 in Mandrake 7.2

Installing ~-tcl-7.0.3 in Mandrake 7.2

Hello All:

All the rpms seem to install (haven't tested yet)
except 'tcl' and 'tk'.
tcl not finding libtcl8.0.so. 
This failure apparently triggers failed dependencies
libpgtcl.so, libtcl8.0.so, libtk8.0.so for ~-tk-7.0.3.
tcl8.0.5 and tk8.0.5 are installed in /usr/lib

A search thru google or pgsql archives is leading me
noplace.  pgaccess website seems to be no longer
reachable.

Can you tell me what I am missing.
