my error message is:

FATAL 1:  SetUserId: user 'nobody' is not in 'pg_shadow'

how, can i update the pg_shdow?

See CREATE USER or ALTER USER command. Refrain from using UPDATE pg_shadow
... although it will seem to work. It doesn't.
