there are entries for postscript docs and postscript docs in A4 format.
It turns out that all the postscript docs are in A4 format.  It would be
nice if some were in letter format.

I'm looking at the tutorial docs from the main PostgreSQL web site, and
the two versions have different page sizes. How are you determining that
they are all in A4?
