The PDF is gone, but the HTML will be there forever. I had made a mistake a few days ago with the HTML, but I have fixed that. Only the PDF had to be deleted. Bruce fixed the links and the empty sql file so all should be well. They are on the main site, if there's a mirror that doesn't have the fixes yet we need to do something about it.
