I have followed the instructions found at
http://www.postgresql.com/docs/faqs/text/FAQ_MSWIN. It seems to have worked
but where do I go from here?
A couple issues:
I read about the user 'postgres' but when I go to the CygWin shell, it shows
Administrator as the user. If I try to createuser, then it asks a few
questions and then does nothing.
When I try to create a databse from the CygWin shell, it just hangs. In
other words, it does not respond.
Any suggestions.
