Hi,

after install PG 7.3.1 under W2K with cygwin I can't connect to PG. I'm
starting PG with:

postmaster -d 5 -i -D /cygdrive/c/database/postgresql/demo
 >demo_logs/logfile 2>&1 &


pg_hba.conf contains this line:

host    all         all         127.0.0.1         255.255.255.255   trust

Is there a system user for first login to the database? I try connect
with pgAdminII.
