Environment : Win2K,Postgres 7.2.3 source code.

./configure --help gives me among others such a string:

--enable-nls [=LANGUAGES]

Where are those LANGUAGES listed in Postgres Documentation?

I don't know.

However, note that Cygwin does *not* support locales fully.
