[#1010796] Notification thread not released after copy from stdin. Thanks Stelian Dumitrascu (stelian @nospam@
geocentral.net)for patch and Gildas (prime.gildas @nospam@ gmail.com) for testing. I also added this patch to Cancel
methodwhich may suffer from the same problem.
