i'm trying to install PostgreSQL but always recibe the same error message.
"an non-fatal error "
I'm on Windows XP 32b SP3
I tried to install version 9.1.3, 9.4.5.1, and 9.3.18.1 with the same
result.
Can you help me?

That's not a lot to go on.  Is there any more to the message, or a
log you can look at to get more detail?

Where did you get these PostgreSQL installation files?  (Can you
paste a URL?)
