Обсуждение: Problem with installation

Hi,


I've tried everyting to install PostgreSQL, but I just can't make it work. =
I've tried different versions, I've played with the settings of my firewall=
 and did basicly everything I've seen on the internet to fix it.

I'd like to ask if somebody can help me through teamviewer, cause I'm defin=
itely missing something.

Oh btw the problem comes at the end of the install:
could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is
 the server running on host "127.0.0.1" and accepting TCP/IP connections
 on port 5432

The same thing happens after I try to use holdem manager.

Please can you help me?
