-su: /usr/local/bin/psql: No existe el fichero o el directorio
postgres@localhot:~$

me da este error y no me deja crear la base de datos

(1) Esto no es una lista en castellano. La mayoría ni te va a entender.

(2) Lo que tú describes no es un bug de PostgreSQL, sino muy
    probablemente un problema en tu instalación o en las instrucciones
    que estás siguiendo

(3) Prueba /usr/bin/psql en lugar de /usr/local/bin/psql. ¿Funciona?
