I did not hear anything back last I asked, so I will repeat :)
Is anyone from the advocacy group planning on submitting a presentation for
the following conference? If not, I would like to submit one on behalf of
PostgreSQL and attend.

What would you conclude from a lack of an answer?  I would conclude nobody
else is doing anything.
