Обсуждение: Cursor jumps to middle of comment field for column

When tabbing into or clicking on the comment field of column properties (whether adding new or editing) the cursor is shown 5.5 lines down and an inch to the right.  Typing goes in as expected, but the cursor always goes back to that odd position.
