bug v1.14.2 - screen updating awfully slow?

Hi,

Thanks for a useful tool. In the latest version, I’ve experienced that the program is extremely slow at updating screen after having lost focus to any other program and returning focus. I am running v1.14.2 on Win 7 x64.
