Is there a way to include column headers in the query output grid selection that is put on the cut/paster buffer (in windows).

I know I can export with headers, but hardly ever do this because of the time it takes.

I think I would want cut/paste to always include the headers.

Nope.

This is something we wish to support
(http://code.pgadmin.org/trac/ticket/356), but didn't have the time yet
to work on it.

If you can work on a patch for this feature, I'll be happy to review it.
