Обсуждение: about qsl editor/table view title(feature request)
I'm used to open many SQL editor windows at work. The detached Window title is always the same. "query - <database name> on <schema>@....". That will cause very hard to find which function is in which window when going to switch to edit a specific function. Is that possible to show the function name in the first place of the title. And the title of table view window put the table name at the end of title. Which becomes invisible because front part of title is loo long. Would it be possible to put the table name at the first position of title? -- View this message in context: http://postgresql.1045698.n5.nabble.com/about-qsl-editor-table-view-title-feature-request-tp3315975p3315975.html Sent from the PostgreSQL - pgadmin support mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

On the table one, I suppose you're talking about the edit grid, right? -- Guillaumehttp://www.postgresql.frhttp://dalibo.com
I mean the window brought up by pressing SQL speed key or by selecting SQL tool. The other window is brought up by selecting view data. -- View this message in context: http://postgresql.1045698.n5.nabble.com/about-qsl-editor-table-view-title-feature-request-tp3315975p3316207.html Sent from the PostgreSQL - pgadmin support mailing list archive at Nabble.com.

The query tool doesn't know what you are working on. So we can't display the name of the object you're trying to create/modify in your query. But we probably could change the order of the items in the edit grid window when you're viewing the data of a specific table. -- Guillaumehttp://www.postgresql.frhttp://dalibo.com
"The query tool doesn't know what you are working on. So we can't display the name of the object you're trying to create/modify in your query. " How about if open it from browser on a specific object then use that name it as the object name otherwise name it as untitled. -- View this message in context: http://postgresql.1045698.n5.nabble.com/about-qsl-editor-table-view-title-feature-request-tp3315975p3317295.html Sent from the PostgreSQL - pgadmin support mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
