When I select some sequence on the tree and choose dependiences tab I 
always have error:

ERROR: syntax error at or near "att"
LINE 2: ...D ref.relname IS NOT NULL THENref.relname || '.' att attnam...

It's working for me on pgAdmin 1.10 / PostgreSQL 8.4.

Which release do you use? for pgAdmin and PostgreSQL.

Thanks. This has been fixed by Ashesh Vashi and commited by Dave Page, on
July, the 29th
(http://code.pgadmin.org/trac/changeset/7989/branches/REL-1_10_0_PATCHES).

This fix should be available on the 1.10.1 release.
