cannot edit comment of roles

Hello, list

I can't edit Comment field of login or group roles. It seams its 
disabled. Can anyone confirm this behavior?

PG 8.1
PgAdmin 1.8.4
Win XP SP3

PG 8.1 doesn't support COMMENT ON ROLE (that was introduced in 8.2).
