Обсуждение: pgAdmin download/install problem Ubuntu
<p>Just to let you know that there is a problem with the instructions on your web page at: http://www.pgadmin.org/download/ubuntu.php<p> <p>1.Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy) does not have 'deb' so the line:<p>deb [MIRROR URL]/pgadmin3/release/ubuntugutsy pgadmin<p>produces:<p>bash: deb: command not found<br /><br /><p>2. Looking at my localmirror site (http://ftp2.uk.postgresql.org/sites/ftp.postgresql.org/pgadmin3/release/ubuntu/dists/gutsy/) it appearsthat only i386 is available (no AMD64).<p> <p>Regards<p>John
Re: 1: that line, as mentioned on the instructions page, should be put in /etc/apt/sources.list, not executed on the command line. Not sure about AMD64. -- Maciek Sakrejda Truviso, Inc. http://www.truviso.com -----Original Message----- From: John <canalside@mail333.com> To: pgadmin-support@postgresql.org Subject: [pgadmin-support] pgAdmin download/install problem Ubuntu Date: Fri, 25 Jan 2008 19:44:37 +0300 Just to let you know that there is a problem with the instructions on your web page at: http://www.pgadmin.org/download/ubuntu.php 1.
