The file 'BuildAll.bat' assumes that Visual Studio is installed in the path:
"%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Visual Studio\".

As Visual Studio setup allows a choice of setup path, this is not the case
for many installations, including mine :(.

Very true, but if you can think of a way to fix this in a batch file I'm
all ears :-)

Seriously though, it is just a handy hack - just modify your local copy
(or a copy of it) to suit.
