Excuse I work with Postgresql7.1 in Debian kernel 2.4.18 and I want manage my
database with pg_admin via php. And my question is : What package do I need ?

pgAdmin is a windows package. Try looking for phpPgAdmin which is a
totally separate project (and mailing list).
