Обсуждение: pgAdmin 1.12 Visual Tour
Hi, I've been working on this since a few days. Not really a hard work, but also not a really interesting one. Anyway, here is what I came up to: http://wwwdevel.pgadmin.org/visualtour12.php It really needs more love. But I need fresh ideas, comments, english fixes, design skills, and all that kind of stuff. I probably forgot some new functionalities. Not that I don't want to highlight them, so ping me if you know which ones are missing. And lastly, the first part, "Major new features", is empty because I don't know which ones to choose. We only need two or three. Any ideas? Thanks. -- Guillaume. http://www.postgresqlfr.org http://dalibo.com

I'm not sure there are any I'd call 'major'. Maybe a couple of: - Selective restore - Query tool history - PG 9.0 support - Save as image -- Dave Page EnterpriseDB UK: http://www.enterprisedb.com The Enterprise Postgres Company

"PG 9.0 support" is kind of the point of having a release. But OK, that's fine by me. -- Guillaume. http://www.postgresqlfr.org http://dalibo.com

Just list everything as you have, and don't try to seperate out 'major' items. -- Dave Page EnterpriseDB UK: http://www.enterprisedb.com The Enterprise Postgres Company

Aloha! The tour is a great introduction to the new features. Told me a lot about what's been going on while I was away last year. :) I would advise every new user of v1.12 to have a look. Regards Erwin
