 Some guru hints are not encoded in UTF-8. I'll check every one of them and
 recode them if I can.

 In addition to the encoding changes made in 10.0.1 there is a packaging
 issue on Red Hat, but not on Ubuntu, that results in blank Guru Hints.
 I've updated Red Hat bug 513039 (URL above) with the details.
