missing table after table rename

Howdy,

I just installed a pgsql and played a script into a newly created
database. Then i renamed one of the tables. After this, i tried to do
a SELECT * from this newly renamed table, and i get a

ERROR:  relation "admin_areas" does not exist

hmm... i am kinda stuck now... any help would be very very much appreciated.
