I've got question about updated strings in translation page:

are these files final, are that strings freezed
and prepared to translation for next stable release?

No, there is no guarantee that they are 100% frozen even the day before
release, however we are not adding any new features now, so any changes
will be the result of bug/spelling fixes and will hopefully be minimal.
