Hi,
   We've finished the translation for the po file of current snapshot.
   see the attachement.

   please make a directory named zh_CN in pgadmin3/src/ui,
   and then copy untar the tar ball in it.

Thanks Weiping,
your translation was added to pgadmin3 cvs. Please note that I had to 
change two translation strings, adding \n so msgfmt compiled them.
