I'm not aware of any "legacy list" or "new list". What lists do you mean?

This list (pgadmin-support) is for the pgAdmin client, which is an 
administration tool for PostgreSQL. From a quick scan of your email, you 
probably want to post to the main PostgreSQL list, pgsql-general.
