Revision Control for Databases

What methods do people here use to verify that their production/testing
databases are in sync?  Is there some sort of Database diff tool
available?  I'm able to do it right now because I'm the only one mucking
with the database, but I can imagine that down the road I'll need to come
up with a more robust plan.
