Repo 4.6 not found

Hello, I want to update pgadmin 4, because I have version 4.3 because 
there is a bug and it is solved on 4.5 and above. The thing is I can't 
update it via repo, because I can't find it on

https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/11/fedora/fedora-28-x86_64/

so is there another repo webiste with the newer versions?
