Help Needed

I need a help regarding PostgreSQL installation. I am using PostgreSQL for a web-based application using Tomcat. I want to install PostgreSQL automatically to user system(using some EXE) with a default database(which is required for my application to run). The main problem is how the default database can be created and restore of the data can be done automatically using some script or so. Any suggestion or idea are welcome.
