New version of tsearch V2 !

Hi,

please test new version of contrib/tsearch V2 available for
download from http://www.sai.msu.su/~megera/postgres/gist/

Fixed: txtidx now allows void value

It's possible to specify default value for txtidx, for example:
create table qq (a txtidx default '', c int4);
