ipc-daemon error

when I start ipc-daemon ( bash$ ipc-daemon &)  the program returns the
following error:
"0 [main] ipc-daemon 1028 fhandler_console::fixup_after_exec: error opening
console after exec, errno 13, Win32 error 5"

but...
I still can run postgresql and connect to the server as usual.
Any hints?

I'm running postgresql on Windows 2000 professional SP2
