Try limit null, that appears to return all results.

When I try to execute a prepared statement containing LIMIT ? the
Postgresql JDBC now requires the value to be an integer.  As the
value for LIMIT can either be a count or ALL this raises a simple
question, what is the numeric value that means ALL?
