6.5 Release

Congratulations, this seems to be a good improvement.  In particular, the
interfacing with MS Access through ODBC seems to have improves somewhat, 
although this is probably a side-effect more than anything else.  I know that
there are some features that are still missing, but on the whole, quite a
complete release.
