postgres [table name] [IP] idle in transaction ?

hello

 

i am using postgres with J2EE application

after running the postgres , when access the tables of a databse  from a PC , a process becomes Idle . although operation goes on .. when access same table from another pc by same user , again a process becomes idle .. but second time when access from same PC . or perform Same operation from Same PC , no transaction become idle ..

why first time access makes transaction idle..

Please suggesst some reasons and thier solun also

 

eg

     postgres eis [IP of PC1 ] idle in transaction

     postgres eis [IP of PC2 ] idle in transaction
