Migration from PG 7.1.3 to 8.1.1 with blobs

Hello,

I want to migrate a PostgreSQL db from 7.1.3 to PG db 8.1.1.
The db contains blobs. Some time ago, I used pg_dumplo to dump
and restore blobs. But in 8.1.1, I can not find anymore this
little program to do the job.

What could be the best way to migrate?
