How to set option for search & replace

Hi,

 where can I set the options for search & replace as defaults for the SQL-editor?
 I generally need to replace stuff "from start" and "case sensitive" instead of "from cursor position".

 I recently installed PG new on this box and I can't remember where I could define those options.
