Windows build question

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere (quick search didn't find anything)=
.  I have noticed that MSVC 2005 is supported for 32-bit Postgres server co=
mpilation but not 64-bit.  Are there known issues limiting this, or just no=
body has worked on it yet?
