pgaccess on Mac OS X

Hello and Happy New Year,

I have done a bit of hacking on Mac OS X recently. I am now running the
7.3 package from http://www.entropy.ch. I have also managed, thanks to
instructions on http://www.pgaccess.com, to get pgaccess running on Mac
OS X 10.2.3. 

My modifications to the instructions and a dynamic library for Mac OS X
10.2.3, PostgreSQL 7.3 and Tcl/tk are posted on the pgaccess site. 

Please test the precompiled dynamic library and report back to me
success or any issues that you may have.
